أطفال الخوابي في فرخة - AlKawabi Children's of Farkha

على مدار ثلاثة أيام نظم مشروع إعادة إحياء وترميم البلدة القديمة في قرية فرخة (شراكة بين التعاونية الهندسية الأولى ومركز البدّ الثقافي ومجلس قروي فرخة) فعاليات وأنشطة لزيادة الوعي بالموروث التراثي المعماري لأطفال فرخة، ضمن فعاليات المخيم الصيفي الذي ينفذه ائتلاف الحق في الأرض وحملة اوقفوا الجدار والممول من تحالف أطفال الشرق الأوسط (MECA).

Over three days Our Collective Duty Project (Partnership of The Engineering Commune, Al-Bad Cultural Center and Farkha Village Council) organised a series of events and activities targeted Farkha Children's (6-12 years) to raise the awareness of the architectural cultural heritage, as part of the summer camps carried by Right to Land Coalition and Stop The Wall Campaign, funded by Middle East Children Alliance (MECA)

شملت الفعاليات جولات ميدانية تفاعلية في البلدة القديمة تحت عنوان "البحث عن الكنز المفقود" حيث شارك ما يقارب 120 طفل وطفلة بالبحث عن وسيلة تعليمية داخل احد احواش البلدة القديمة (قصة الحمارة زنوبة) واحتوت ايضاً على نشاط مشترك للأطفال وذويهم عن البلدة القديمة، لزرع مبدأ التواصل بين الأجيال بما يتعلق بنقل المعرفة والموروث الثقافي.

The events included interactive field play in the Old City "Searching for the lost treasure", where approximately 120 children's participated in the search for an educational tool within one of the Houshe's of the Old City (Zanouba, the Donkey) and also contained a common activity for children and their families, to cultivate the principle of inter-generational communication in terms of knowledge transfer and cultural heritage.

في اليوم الأخير من الفعاليات تم تشكيل نادي الخوابي للطفولة واليافعين من مجموعة مركزة من الأطفال المشاركين، وسينشط النادي من خلال مركز البد الثقافي للمساهمة الفعلية في اقتراح مساحات لعب آمنة للأطفال في البلدة القديمة، وصولاً لترميم مبنى قديم كمقر لمركز للطفولة واليافعين في القرية. ولضمان الهدف الأساسي للنادي وهو زيادة وعي الأطفال بأهمية الموروث التراثي، وتحقيق التواصل الفعال بين الأجيال المختلفة لضمان استدامة وتحقيق الأهداف الإستراتيجية لمشروع الترميم، عبر توثيق الصلة بين أطفال فرخة وبلدتهم القديمة.

On the last day of events, Al Khawabi Children's and Adolescents Club was formed from a focused group of participating children's. The club will be active through the Al Bad Cultural Center to actively contribute to the proposal of safe play spaces for children in the Old Village, in order to restore an historic building as the headquarters of a children's and adolescents center. In order to ensure the Club's primary objective of raising children's awareness of the importance of heritage heritage, and to achieve effective inter-generational communication to ensure the sustainability and achievement of the strategic objectives of the restoration project, by strengthening the link between the children of Farkha and their Old Village.

من خلال تفاعلهم مع أنشطة الفعاليات، لمسنا اهتمام وتعلق كبير للأطفال بموروث اجدادهم وآبائهم، يعبرون بكلماتهم وأسئلتهم البسيطة عن هذا الإنتماء الصادق وعن الحاجة الفعلية لوجود مساحات لعب قريبة من مكان سكنهم، وعن ضرورة اشراك الأطفال بكافة مراحل التخطيط والتنفيذ لمشروع فرخة واجبنا الجمعي.

Through their interaction with the activities of the events, we have witnessed a great interest and concern for children about their ancestral heritage, expressing their simple words and questions about this sincere affiliation, the real need for play spaces close to their place of residence, and the need to involve children at all stages of planning and implementing the project of our collective duty.

سنعمل خلال الشهر الحالي على اشراك مجموعة من الأطفال في مشروع ترميم مركز ثقافي ومقر مشروع فرخة واجبنا الجمعي في وسط البلدة القديمة وتعريفهم بمواد وتقنيات الترميم،لاحقاً سيتم نقل مكتبة الأطفال إلى هذا المقر لتعزيز التواصل والروابط مع البلدة القديمة.

This month, we will engage a group of children in the project of restoring a cultural centre and the headquarters of the project of Farkha, Our Collective Duty in the centre of the Old Village and familiarise them with restoration materials and techniques. Later, the children's library will be relocated to this headquarters to enhance communication and ties with the Old City.

سيتبعها سلسلة نشاطات وورش لتخطيط وتصميم مساحة لعب في البلدة القديمة مع مرافق عامة وترفيهية، ولهذا الغرض سنعمل على نقل منتزه الأطفال من مكانه الحالي الى داخل البلدة القديمة.

نحن نعمل من اجل مستقبلهم، ولهذا عليهم امتلاك ادوات بناء المستقبل المزدهر.

It will be followed by a series of activities and workshops to plan and design a play space in the Old City with public and facilities, and for this purpose we will move the Children's Park from its current place to within the Old Village.

We work for their future, so they have to own the tools to build a prosperous future.
